Physician Mental Health Consultations

Recognizing the immense stress and workload that physicians face in their careers, ACCMA is proud to provide its members with a list of vetted mental health professionals who are available to meet with physicians for mental health consultations. These services are confidential, convenient, and competent.

Confidential

Your use of physician mental health consultations is completely confidential, voluntary, and may not be mandated as a condition of employment. Neither ACCMA, your employer, not the California Board of Medicine will be notified should you choose to participate.

Convenient

Participating psychologists are based in various locations throughout the Bay Area. Their hours of operation vary, but many are willing to accommodate the unique schedules of physicians.

Competent

ACCMA has sought to provide members with a vetted list of competent psychologists, psychiatrists, and life coaches. These professionals have demonstrated experience working with clinicians.

If you are in need of urgent assistance, please call (650) 756-7787, CMA's 24-Hour Physicians' and Dentists' Confidential Assistance Line.

Physicians who are wishing to schedule a one-on-one session with one of the ACCMA's vetted providers should call or email any of the providers listed below to schedule an appointment. Identify yourself as an ACCMA physician-member who practices in the Bay Area.
