Medical Office Sublease Wanted — GYN Practice Seeking Part-Time Space (Lafayette / Orinda / Walnut Creek) 

BC OB/GYN physician with 20 years of experience seeking to sublease medical office space 3 days per week in the Lafayette, Orinda, or Walnut Creek area (Lamorinda/Diablo Valley corridor).  

Ideal space includes: 

  • 1 private physician office / consultation room 
  • 1 gynecological exam room (or space suitable for exam table setup) 
  • Access to front desk / reception area preferred 
  • Clean, professional environment with appropriate patient privacy 

Practice is GYN-only (no obstetrics), low patient volume, and completely independent. Ideal fit for a practice already using the space on other days who could benefit from shared overhead. Flexible on days and scheduling.
