Conference Room Reservations

The ACCMA manages 3rd floor conference room reservations for the American Red Cross Oakland Blood Center, located at 6230 Claremont Ave, Oakland, CA 94618. 

Please note the following: 

  • TV screens, microphones, speakers, zoom camera, and all other A/V equipment in the conference room is property of ACCMA; except for those items listed below, A/V equipment is only for the use of ACCMA and may not be used by ARC or others without the expressed permission of the ACCMA. For ARC meetings, please contact ARC facilities for assistance with A/V needs. 

  • Food and beverage are allowed; you must make your own arrangements for food and beverages.  

  • Conference room must be left in the condition it was found; all trash must be disposed of and tabletops should be wiped down to remove any food or beverages that might have spilled.  

  • Reservations should be made by Friday of the week preceding the week in which the meeting is being requested; the ACCMA cannot make any guarantees of availability for requests made on short notice.
