The Alameda-Contra Costa Medical Association (ACCMA) is a professional association of physicians who are committed to addressing health issues of concern to patients and doctors in the East Bay.  Formed in the mid-1800s, the ACCMA and in partnership with the California Medical Association (CMA) exists for the sole purpose of representing physicians and promoting public health.  

Through membership in the ACCMA and CMA, physicians help to strengthen the solidarity, influence and image of the medical profession. Members also receive a number of benefits:

Medicare Fee Schedule
Palmetto GBA has provided an update on claims processing and announed the new Medicare fee schedule reflecting the 2.2% increased rates will be posted by July 15th.
PECOS Deadline Delayed
Medicare recently announced that it would delay enforcement of a regulation that had many physicians scrambling to complete new Medicare enrollment applications to avoid claims denials.
MBC Notice to Consumers
California physicians are now required to provide a "Notice to Consumers" to notify patients that they are licensed and regulated by the Medical Board of California (MBC). Find resources to comply.
