Good telephone manner and patient relations techniques create a positive first and lasting impression and are essential to the success of a medical practice. This 3 hour practice seminar will provide valuable training for both front and back office staff to handle patients and tasks professionally and efficiently using superlative customer service skills. Interactive Skits demonstrating the "Wrong" and "Right" ways of patient interactions and a Listening Skills Quiz are utilized to demonstrate the techniques. Debra Phairas, MBA, and President of President of Practice & Liability Consultants, LLC will be the presenter.

CalOSHA ATD Regulations
