Ryan Ribeira, MD, MPH, was elected as the resident-and-fellow representative on the American Medical Association (AMA) board. He is an emergency medicine resident at Stanford University. In 2013, he served a one-year term on the AMA Board of Trustees as a medical student. Dr. Ribeira has served for nine years within the AMA House of Delegates, and also has served in roles with the California Medical Association and its political action committee (CALPAC).
