What regulations would you like to see eliminated because they limit your ability to serve your patients? Some regulations protect public health, while others are outdated or hurt doctors’ ability to expand their medical practice to serve more patients, especially those from low-income and underserved communities. The California Medical Association (CMA) is compiling a list of the most burdensome or outdated regulations that make it harder to practice medicine to send to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Tom Price. Members are invited to contribute their thoughts on regulatory burdens on the practice of medicine to communications@cmanet.org.
