ACCMA Leadership

As a professional association of physicians governed by physicians, the ACCMA is a member-driven organization that relies on our members to drive legislative advocacy, public health programs, and association programs and policies. There are a number of opportunities for members to get involved.

Officers

The ACCMA is led by a core group of physicians who are elected by their peers to serve as the ACCMA Officers. Officers include the ACCMA President, President-Elect, Secretary Treasurer, and Immediate Past Presdent. More Info...

Governing Council

As the elected governing body of the Association, the ACCMA Council is composed of physicians elected by their peers to represent the profession of medicine in the local community and beyond. Each member of the Council represents a specific geographic area of the East Bay. More Info...

Committees

ACCMA Committees debate and discuss matters of policy in depth. The ACCMA maintains a broad range of committees - from Bioethics to Information Technology to Public Health and many in between - and relies on over 300 members who serve voluntarily. More Info...
